Brand build out for the Full Service Workers Alliance (FSWA) for their Seattle Legislation campaign against the Secure Scheduling Ordinance.

 

DESIGN BREIF:

Creating a foundational hub for full service restaurant workers to find both support and camaraderie. Demonstrating positive, yet assertive interactions with local legislators and business owners, who respect the integrity of this alliance. 

The FSWA will steer and help mold legislation that can positively impact working conditions and further protect the rights + freedoms of those within the full service restaurant industry. The goal is to mediate issues between workers and the companies who hire them. 

LOGO RATIONALE: 

Staying true to the playful-yet-strong aesthetic, this ideation embodies the strength and protection offered by FSWA, while utilizing utensils to show ties the food industry. 

This logo translates well in black & white, while bringing in a young, playful and modern color palette sets it apart and adds inspiration for your audience - something the competitors are lacking. 

With possibility to for the FSWA to expand, this logo could transition to any locale, by changing the name of the city. When used in conjunction with the sub-mark, the FSWA can grow exponentially and independently, with the brand intact.
