Aesthetics design for Setsun Supper Club No. 5 "A Retreat to the Wilderness: An Evening of Foraged Tastes and Wild Brews." in collaboration with Brothers Catering at the beautiful Mosswood Hollow in Duvall, WA.

All set-up was day-of, including the building out of the canopy structure and (following the dinner theme) foraging of decorative greenery. The Brass table set was from my personal collection and paired beautifully with the accompanying seven course meal.

After the initial meeting with chef owners of Brothers Catering, Zachary & Seth Pacleb, and our lovely photographer Heather Allison, the next step was to create a moodboard (right). This was integral in the process for the event design, to make sure we were all on the same page and had the proper settings for all seven courses.
